Returns or exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Please note that we offer only one exchange per order, so make sure you select the correct size. Our team is here to assist you if needed.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 3 days of delivery along with the reason for return or exchange and clear images of:

Return Pickup Guidelines
Customer Responsibility
Once pickup is scheduled, please ensure:

Pickup Failure
If pickup fails due to customer unavailability, refusal, or package not being ready, we may not be able to guarantee another pickup attempt. In such cases, the return request may be cancelled as per policy.
Return Completion
Replacement or refund will be processed once you have handed over the package to the pickup executive and the return is verified as per our policy.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery address details. Peace In Pages is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect address provided by customer.
Business Hours

Emails received outside business hours may be processed the next working day.
Customized Products
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Order Cancellation
If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be initiated. If the order has already been dispatched, customers may refuse delivery at the time of arrival. Refunds will be processed once the shipment is marked as refused.
Refund Timeline: 5–7 working days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to original payment method.
